Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you browse pyaarse.net or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once we receive your payment. Until then it shows as "Pending payment".
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours, and the items go back on sale.
• You can order up to 10 of each item per order. For larger quantities, contact us about a bulk order.
• We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices and shipping

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Shipping charges, and the order value above which shipping is free, are shown in your cart before you order.

Payment

We send a UPI payment QR code to the WhatsApp number you give us. Please pay only through the QR code sent from our official number.

Delivery

We ship within India and share tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier.

Returns and damaged items

Candles are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will replace it or refund you. Because candles are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns of used candles.

Candle safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface, and stop when about 1 cm of wax remains.
• Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

The Pyaarse name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
